The dealership was amazing. Very easy drop off and I was contacted early in the day reporting that I was already up to date with some of the work that I had asked about. I was also contacted by the service personnel about possibly having a GM rewards number that I did not realize, and the points helped pay for the service. I will always have my vehicle serviced at Bellavia.

My favorite team is Mitch Rubin and Kevin Holdorf. Well, at this point we are practically family. LOL! They are welcoming and warm, always going out of their way to get me the best possible deal for my rather tight budget. I highly recommend this GM dealership.

Always great to see James who listens to all of my concerns. Parts department had my extra parts that I ordered ahead of time. Had a lot of routine work done. Great job as always. A small disappointment, that I asked to have all my fluids checked. Now it was a rainy day when I left. I just checked under the hood and my windshield wiper fluid was not topped off and the break fluid is not at the max level-did just have break fluid replaced. Sad I have to go to the store and buy these extra fluids: windshield wiper and brake fluid. Never under estimate that a woman will never look under the hood. Overall wonderful. I have been going there for 10 years and will continue to go. I trust their work and advice. Comfortable waiting area, nice staff. Thank you Bellavia

My experience was amazing! It was very quick & easy! All of the people at Bellavia were so helpful & great to work with. Kevin Fowler was my sales rep & he was great!!

It was fast and convenient.

Service attendant was very helpful, wasn't too happy with the diagnosis, my park assist system is coming on sparingly when I brake, service rep said my car was hit in front bumper, I see no signs of that so didn't get anything resolved.

Mitch was extremely helpful in finding ways to lower our payment without having to put more money down. He was with us step by step as we set up our insurance and I would recommend this dealership highly.

Service was performed however, the noise which I originally heard whoever took it for a test drive did not hear it. I did volunteer to go out with the person to pinpoint when it happened. The other thing also is that I was not informed prior to any work being done that the noise was not being found, and they were doing some type of software update to system I would’ve liked to have known that before they actually perform the work I would’ve liked to been told what the resolution would be prior to the actual work being done

Dealership was fine GMC was the issue. I waited almost a month waiting on a part. Then to have my advisor never call me back when I left messages and emails. Terrible experience with GMC. Had the car for a month then a month plus in the shop.

MY 2023 Equinox had a problem with the radio which stopped working and could not be shutoff. I dropped off the vehicle a night before (had no appointment with the dealership) to have the problem corrected on the radio. I worked with James (service advisor) at the dealership who contacted during the day that a replacement of the radio had to be completed. I left the vehicle at the dealership for the weekend and on Monday they received a new radio and installed it that say. It was a pleasure with working with James who advised me of the problem and communicated very thoroughly during the whole process then contacted me when everything was completed.
