Nobody told be about the surcharge that you charge for me using my credit card. It's a sneaky hidden expensive that the dealership is making money on that most customers are unaware of this surcharge when they use their credit card. Most people pay by credit and this dealership should really tell their customers about the surcharge that they are charging when using their credit card. The dealership didn't mention this surcharge at all which I consider it a sneaky hidden expense that the dealership is making money in at the customers expense which is not right or fair.

Your staff is professional, proficient and extremely pleasant. I was surprised at how quickly the service took place. I came determined to settle in with my computer for a lengthy amount of time and to my surprise the service was addressed immediately. Thank you!

I have done business with Bellavia many times for their services on my vehicles and there has been NEVER a problem. This last service appointment was good with my advisor Winston who also reviewed my vehicle and recommended some filters to be changed. The items were changed as they were needed and another pleasant experience. Will recommend Bellavia service advisors and their mechanics for excellent service.

My favorite team is Mitch Rubin and Kevin Holdorf. Well, at this point we are practically family. LOL! They are welcoming and warm, always going out of their way to get me the best possible deal for my rather tight budget. I highly recommend this GM dealership.

Always great to see James who listens to all of my concerns. Parts department had my extra parts that I ordered ahead of time. Had a lot of routine work done. Great job as always. A small disappointment, that I asked to have all my fluids checked. Now it was a rainy day when I left. I just checked under the hood and my windshield wiper fluid was not topped off and the break fluid is not at the max level-did just have break fluid replaced. Sad I have to go to the store and buy these extra fluids: windshield wiper and brake fluid. Never under estimate that a woman will never look under the hood. Overall wonderful. I have been going there for 10 years and will continue to go. I trust their work and advice. Comfortable waiting area, nice staff. Thank you Bellavia

Service attendant was very helpful, wasn't too happy with the diagnosis, my park assist system is coming on sparingly when I brake, service rep said my car was hit in front bumper, I see no signs of that so didn't get anything resolved.

Mitch was extremely helpful in finding ways to lower our payment without having to put more money down. He was with us step by step as we set up our insurance and I would recommend this dealership highly.

Dealership was fine GMC was the issue. I waited almost a month waiting on a part. Then to have my advisor never call me back when I left messages and emails. Terrible experience with GMC. Had the car for a month then a month plus in the shop.

All was done in a professional and timely manner.

Service was performed however, the noise which I originally heard whoever took it for a test drive did not hear it. I did volunteer to go out with the person to pinpoint when it happened. The other thing also is that I was not informed prior to any work being done that the noise was not being found, and they were doing some type of software update to system I would’ve liked to have known that before they actually perform the work I would’ve liked to been told what the resolution would be prior to the actual work being done

When I brought my car for service the associate greeted me as if I was a valuable customer. I was scheduled according to my needs and time. The parts department ordered the parts for me an held them for my scheduled appointment. My car was repaired as scheduled. This was a very good fix.

3 issues in 3 months with keeping car 1-2 days. Multipoint checks should be more thorough.
